Biochemistry

The Department of Biochemistry was started in the year 1988 wherein the B.Se. (Honours) integrated course was initiated. This unique undergraduate course covers papers in basic Biochemistry such as bimolecular, enzymologist, intermediary metabolism as well as advanced level papers in cell biology, immunology, molecular biology and genetics. The practical syllabus includes all major biochemistry and recombinant DNA techniques.
